No, I don’t think so. They look outrageously hideous and infected with puss of some kind. Her upper lip looks unevenly filled, which is a sign of bad collagen lip work. Sue whomever did it and demand a refund. You deserve better.

Ivanka Trump's Breast Migrates
An alert reader notified us that Ivanka Trump’s right breast is migrating towards her armpit. What sort of disorder might cause this affliction? Badly placed breast implants, a chest tumor gone wild, what is going on? The nice thing is that Ivanka has enough money to thoroughly investigate this strange phenomenon happening on her chest.
Just like so many celebrities before her, Ivanka Trump has been dogged by plastic surgery rumors since her mid-twenties. While some people think Donald Trump's beautiful daughter might have had work done on her nose or a breast augmentation, she's never talked about any of the rumors.
The rumors started in January, 2007, when she showed up to the Golden Globes in a form-fitting white dress (see above) that seemed to show off a little more up top than people were used to seeing with Ivanka. Celebrity gossip Web site Gawker mused a few weeks earlier that Ivanka had “took her mini boobs into a surgeon’s hands and emerged with giant funbags.”
Ivanka's brother, Donald, Jr., has scoffed at the rumors, saying that his sister is "100% real."
