Heidi Montag ‘Would Never’ Have More Plastic Surgery

Heidi Montag’s life has taken a drastic turn over the years. After skyrocketing to fame on “The Hills” and making headlines for undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in 2010, the former reality star is happy to be living her life out of the spotlight.

The 26-year-old stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Thursday, where she dished about her now infamous choice to go under the knife and come back up with a whole new look. But does Heidi regret the cosmetic work she had done?

“I would never do it again and I never recommend it for anyone,” Heidi told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover.

“I was definitely way in over my head. I’m glad it worked out and you can’t really reverse time,” she said of her decision to undergo numerous procedures. “I kind of wanted a few enhancements and then it kind of got out of hand. I wasn’t told really the repercussions and what would happen, emotionally and psychically and the pain I would be in. I was kind of in shock.”

Heidi told Billy and Kit that she has not gone under the knife since and doesn’t think she’ll have more plastic surgery in the future.
“I haven’t done anything. I’m not sure if I would have done anything again,” she explained. “I just focus now on being healthy, alive and strong. If you’re not beautiful inside it really doesn’t matter what you look like outside, and I think I kind of lost track of that.”

According to US Magazine and Dr. Lyle M. Back, Heidi’s breasts have a high risk of drooping over time due to their immense size.
“The excessive weight of the implants in these extreme augmentations almost always leads to chronic lower back pain and significant drooping of the breasts,” says New Jersey-based Dr. Lyle M. Back.

Actress Heather Thomas underwent six hours of plastic and orthopedic surgery Thursday on her legs, which were broken when she was struck by a car.
"Her physician, Dr. Steve Hoefflin, remains hopeful of a good prognosis," said a statement released Thursday night by St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica.

These days, she makes her news not by acting, but by being an activist, as she has become known for her work as a politcaly liberal fundraiser. Another thing she’s done since her days on television was get some plastic surgery. It looks like Heather Thomas has had a nose job (a rhinoplasty that thinned out the bridge of her nose a bit and made it seem sharper), and eyelid surgery (a blepharoplasty that made her eyes wider and fought off the bags and crow’s feet that usually come with age). She also may have gotten some Bottox injections and a facelift the keep her skin from being as wrinkly as the skin of a fifty-four year old woman should be. Whatever she’s done, she looks pretty good, but she definitely doesn’t look natural.

Thomas first underwent plastic surgery Wednesday to repair the injuries she sustained in Tuesday's accident.
Thomas, co-star of the canceled ABC-television series "The Fall Guy," was jaywalking across San Vicente Boulevard after emerging from a market with a friend at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday when she was struck by a car traveling 15 to 20 m.p.h., Los Angeles Police Officer Victor Curti said.
The actress suffered cuts, scrapes and bruises, as well as the leg injuries. She also complained of head and chest pains, Curti said.
Neither Thomas nor the car driver was cited in the accident, Curti said.

I think she looks ‘altered’. Granted, she’s 39, but in the before photo, taken just five years ago, she looked younger. Her skin was not taut and even had a precious dewy look. Now that Heather has Beatles money she can definitely afford to pay for a better plastic surgeon.

I do know that some breast augmentations are performed via an incision in the armpit. The procedure is called minimal incision breast augmentation, because no incisions are made into the breast itself. A small pocket is created in the pectoral muscle and the implant is put in place. Placing the implant below the pectoral muscles creates a more natural look and avoids the appearance breasts that have been bolted into place.
